Program Terms & Conditions

1. Service Provided/Approximate Dates of Applications
Your Highpoint Lawn Service program consists of five (5) treatments per year consisting of a site analysis and then treatments of fertilizers, crabgrass controls and broadleaf weed controls. Insect controls as we determine appropriate for the needs of your lawn are only added with your approval. We are responsible for all scheduling. The Early Spring treatment will be made between 3/1/** and 5/20/**. The Late Spring treatment will be made between 4/15/** and 6/30/**. The Early Summer treatment will be made between 6/1/** and 8/15/**. The Late Summer treatment will be made between 7/15/** and 9/30/**. The Fall treatment will be made between 9/15/** and 11/30/**.

The property owner or owner's agent may request the specific date or dates of application(s) to be provided.

**Current Renewable Service Year (example 3/1/08; 3/1/09, etc...etc...)

2. Products Used
Highpoint Lawn Service will supply you annually with a Product Information Guide that identifies products to be applied, including brand names and generic names of active ingredients, and any warnings that appear on the label(s) of pesticide(s) to be applied that are pertinent to the protection of humans, animals or the environment, which is attached and made part of this contract.

3. Continuing Year-to-Year Service/Written Notice
This service agreement will remain in force for a period of one (1) year and shall be renewed for successive one year terms thereafter. This means we will automatically return with your Early Spring treatment each year. Also, as part of this original agreement, you will receive reminders of this policy each year as follows: (1) On your Fall treatment invoice, (2) by annual reminder letters in November, and (3) in January. You will always receive prior written notice of any price increase as part of this original agreement.

4. How to Discontinue
Your Highpoint Lawn Service may be canceled at any time by written or oral notice. If your account has an outstanding balance, it will need to be paid along with your notice of cancellation. Otherwise, Highpoint Lawn Service will schedule your Early Spring treatment as normal.

5. Results
Your lawn's response will depend upon the condition prior to our beginning service, the types of grasses in your lawn, shade conditions, and whether you mow and water the lawn properly. Highpoint Lawn Service will provide continuous care and proper nutrition, and our treatments will minimize weeds and insects in your lawn. Working together over time, we will develop and maintain a healthy lawn.

6. Payment Terms
With each service, you will receive your invoice along with a packet of other information at the door. Terms: Payment Due within 10 days of invoicing. The maximum allowable rate of interest will be charged on overdue accounts. An annual prepayment discount option will be mailed to you in November and January. Prepayment is not required. You may either prepay or pay after each treatment. Credit cards are also accepted for your convenience.
